I had to reorder 3 times, because they screwed up.When I got What was supposed to be a small root beer float, I received a cup of just ice cream. Orders were not filled and delivered in order. They are rude and stuck up people. Never again,and I will be contacting corporate.

They consistently forget the fries, and at times, they also neglect to include the drink or even give me the wrong burger. I never expected that ordering a simple combo meal could be so difficult. Yesterday was no exception—aside from forgetting the fries again, my burger was missing the patties! By the time I realized it, I was already home and it wasn’t worth the trouble of driving back. This A&W used to be fantastic, but now it’s just a mess. I’ve had enough.

Broken equipment hasn’t been fixed, the menu has been altered due to malfunctioning machines, and it feels like they’re just using it as a tax write-off. It’s really disappointing.
