I had a smooth experience in the drive thru yesterday at this Wendy?s location and it was late night. Usually nervous about ordering from places before they close but the customer service was great and my complicated order was accurate served. My friend and I ordered 3 (4 for 4?s) with the Jr Bacon Cheesburger made 3 different ways and our meals were hot, accurate, and fresh. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Omg I am not sure whether he is depressed or just a bad day, but his customer service was bad. The food was annoying, the hair was not salted and easy and the tomatoes on my jr Burger had simply disgusted the lower part of the tomatoes. View all feedback.
For a quick bite, Wendy's driving is done by the job. Nothing beautiful, but the number 1 combo with a single cheeseburger, frits and a coke is enough to fill you.
Just left because we had a voucher.. I have Spicy Sandwich Combo... the inside of this situation wasn't very clean. Drinking machine was evil! It was about 90 degrees with the heat on the full explosion so that I could not eat here bc it was sooo hott.
The food was decent. What do you have for an ONLINE OR when you are in the DRIVE DRU for 40 MINUTES REGARDLESS? The workers need a new manager. You're nice, but I can see the misery in my eyes. #NEEDESIMPROVOVMENT
Always very nice people work the drive-thru, but they never have enough help. The dining room is closed for two and a half years. Are two huge pots on the Drive-Thru window that literally tear your car apart when you have a small car. Such a shame that this place has been there for 40 years, and in recent years it is just downhill.
Well, after parking, we saw the mgr outside on a smoke break. We asked him if the dining room was open, he rudely answered yes!!! Then, we ordered two five dollar biggie bags. One was the junior Bacon cheeseburger and a junior double cheeseburger, both were without ketchup. Everything was really good and hot! Upon looking at the receipt, we noticed I was charged an extra 1.25 for extra bacon. We didn't order extra bacon. The young man on the register was really friendly! He noticed the mistake, he tried telling the mgr about the mistake, the mgr would not look at me. Then the mgr told the boy on the register the reason for the extra charge was for the extra bacon!! Then I said we ordered the junior Bacon cheeseburger, no extra bacon was requested!!! The mgr told the young man on the register to refund me .69cents. no no I said, the mgr told him to refund me the 1.25, again the mgr would NOT talk with me at all!!! I even asked the mgr how was he doing, no answer what so ever!!! We're in Myrtle Beach on one of our vacations, we now know not to visit that Wendy's in the future!!! We will surely tell our friends and family about our ordeal!!!
