For those of us who are Mexicans, we know that you don't put water in the sauce to make it yield. We know that you should cook more sauce, and birria is different from barbecue. If you ask for birria, you expect to be served birrias, not barbecue, the food is not that bad. but I think they are not Mexican, they sell food as if it were Mexican but I have the impression that they are not Central Americans, with all due...
