Back again to River City at Sands Ocean Club! A staple visit each year. Our server (I wish I could remember her name) was a doll! So sweet and checked on us a lot. The drinks were decent, and the food seems to be a little less impressive than in yearspast. I still enjoyed my meal, but it just didn't hit the same. Maybe it was the selection I made... Food is good. Service was slow, inconsiderate and inefficient. Don't sit at the bar as a single person to order. You may have to wait for a couple to be given a menu and eat before you do. Doesn't matter if you were there first. Good luck! View all feedback.
Great place for burgers! Dylan was our server, great service!!! First time at this location. Several burger choices to choose from. They are a great size, thick beef patty NOT DRY! 10/10. they had some great beers too.
Disgusting. Dont eat here All I ordered was cheese fries 11:30 in am and they were cold , extraordinary greasy and old already . had them retry at least got this time but grease not drained at all . Cheese cold underneath. Ended throwing away second order as well . Had high hopes since other ones have been town around and great for decades . Manager/host? Just stood by register That was in black chants fleece Didn 't even apologize and tried to argue with me they were fresh ... The young lady Cashier that took to go order was nice and also a taller thin lady wearing cross body waist bag checked on me to make sure taken care of. Only reason rated higher star due to those two
We never got served or even acknowledged. Worst customer service ever. We just went in for my daughter's birthday and they were nothing but rude and lazy. I will never go there again. Was totally ignored by everyone. I didn't think they even deserved one star but I had to pick one.

The food and prices are excellent! Family of four ordered: Grouper Fingers with fries and slaw/ sweet tea Kids Grilled Cheese with Doritos/ sprite Surf and Turf Burger with Fries and Slaw/ water Cheeseburger with fries and slaw/Dr. Pepper All that for $64 this place is a staple when we visit. Food and staff are 5 stars
