Papa John's Pizza - Myrtle Beach

The employee who took my order via the phone was very friendly and helpful. The food was delivered within 30 minutes. Hot, fresh and super delicious! We have the Super Hawaiian with epic filled crust, the naughty Alfredo with epic filled crusts and the jack o' lantern pie for our Halloween festivities! Children loved it!!!!

Excellent service plus it smelled so good in their pizza shop the evening I went.....highly recommend !!

We ordered online 3/10/2022 while on vacation. The name of my establishment populated after I entered the address. That 's how I know it was no error of my own. The delivery driver said that the addresses are mirrored on the north and south side of time, so there is often a mix up with online orders going to the wrong Papa John 's. That being said, we had to drive 40 minutes across town to pick up our order because of a mistake that had nothing to do with us. I called and asked for a discount fot the inconvenience. The manager would not even come to the phone. He had one of the little girls to mediate. She kept saying it was nothing they could do for us. Finally, he said we would settle it when we got there. Once we got there, same story! He wouldn 't even come talk to me. He kept sending the little girl up front to say they had done all they could do. All they had done was remove my delivery fee!!!!! After demanding that the manager come talk to me, (he still didn 't) they finally gave me $5 off. The delivery guy was the nicest person here. Terrible establishment. No professionalism. They don 't even try to help or understand what happened.

Please don’t order from Myrtle Beach Paps John’s! I called the correct store (I googled the number I dialed and it was the correct store) but somehow the order was sent to the incorrect store. After 2 hours, we were told that we had to travel 45 minutes to get our order. Again, please do you and your hungry kids a favor and don’t order here bc who knows where the order will be!!!

Order was exact, pizza was great and delivery experience was wonderful. good supplier.
