Paisano Italian - Myrtle Beach

Delicious! We began our meal with hot baked bread, fresh salad and homemade Italian dressing. We had the Eggplant Parmesan and the Chicken Caprese and both were spectacular. Pasta cooked perfectly. Highly recommend for couples or families! The owner even offers some authentic Sicilian products to take home as well as pans of lasagna to bring to your home and bake!

Bill is the real deal. An Italian American who is living the dream and sharing it with his guests. Eggplant Rollitini is especially delicious! BYOB. No cork fee.

Lots of people from NJ and NY. They made room for us by moving a table. Felt like we were family. Great food, great service even though it was super busy.

First off, I was surprised by how beautifully this little restaurant was decorated. I expected a normal boring strip mall restaurant, but it was full of rich colors and elegantly adorned tables.I ordered the eggplant rollatini and my husband got the spaghetti bolognese. Everything was delectable, from the bread and salad to the entrees. Definitely somewhere we will return to.

Food was delicious and nicely priced. Waitress was excellent. Felt bad for her because she was the only waitress, busting her butt and place was HOT. Owner put a/c down but didn't cool off (fix a/c)
