This McDonald's is one of the slowest I have ever visited. I am a regular customer, but often have to wait 10 minutes just to place my order without any explanation. Additionally, it takes 20 minutes to receive my food and pay. While the employees are friendly, it is evident they are only focused on getting customers to move along quickly. This has been a consistent issue for over a year. As a multi-million dollar company, McDonald's should hire more staff and pay them enough to take pride in their work.
The drive thru execution at this particular location was absolutely horrific. People were leaving the line and if I hadn't already paid on the App I would have left also. In line for 30mins and still haven't reached the window yet! Being in therestaurant business I certainly understand things happen but sitting in the drive thru line over 30 mins is a bit much.
