Best iced tea in town, fresh BLT+A sandwich w/a side of fruit was excellent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars this time is because the server did not bring our tea along with our food, even though he said he'd bring it right back. My husband had to go back to the counter to get our tea. View all feedback.
What Bud Ostendorf doesn't like about McAlister's Deli:
Used to love this place however it's now fun trying to eat and swat gnats. The last couple times we have gone we were pestered by gnats in our food and buzzing around our heads. We will not eat there or buy their food any more because I'm sure they are in their kitchen and in the food. View all feedback.
I've been to several McAlister's Deli restaurants and I've never had a bad meal. On this day I took my mom for a late lunch. She had what she described as a delicious club sandwich. I had a salad with deli sliced chicken that I thought was good also. I've had several of their soups, sandwiches and salads and all have been very tasty. I look forward to my next trip to McAlister's.

Food was delicious, served quickly and a polite counter staff. But... Sticky floors and smelly bathroom did take the shine off the experience.
Good food, a variety of sandwiches, sides salads, moderate prices, clean place, plenty of seating. Excellent staff.
The new yoker pastrami was the best sandwich in South Carolina by far.
