They ga... read more Went there for my 21st birthday and they were the sweetest staff I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant and I work in restaurants so that’s saying a lot. They gave me a card signed by everyone saying happy birthday. Absolutely recommend to everyone

I have this a 4 due to thinking the prices were a little on the pricey side but also realize the times that we are in. The entire atmosphere of the place is awesome. It puts you in the right frame of mind to have fun to enjoy good food, good music, and a good time. The Sparkling Blue Hawaiian was tart and HUGE. I made it a point to eat my entire burger and majority of my fries so I could walk out under my own power. (I’m not a big drinker. Jerome our awesome server was kind enough to get me a to-go cup so I could finish it. The burger and fries were so very good. We stopped in the Rock Shop for our t-shirts and a magnet. This experience was worth every penny we spent.

We were told to wait outside (had a reservation).. 15 min went by and no one waiting was being seated. Went in to check and found 6 people standing around the host station with no idea we were there and waiting. Walk up groups were being told 45-60 min wait... but inside only about half the tables were taken with lots of idle staff standing around. Hard to believe this is a successful restaurant with how things were being run.

Our ser... read more This was the first time I ever went to a Hard Rock Cafe and I had the time of my life. My best friend and her husband came and got me and my other half. Our server Tavaris was just amazing ????. He made the experience fun. He made us laugh and we made him laugh. He was just really fantastic. We ever get this way again will definitely be going back.

Country smash burger , grilled chicken sandwich got rave reviews. The mac and cheese with grilled chicken was tasty. The waiter was attentive, polite, patient,and friendly. The hostess greeted us with a smile. Seasoned fries were too salty but flavorful.
