I ordered take out subs. One of the items was a turkey sub with lettuce and bacon only. They in turn put cheese on it. I get home and notice it. My son who can’t have cheese. I called to let them know and the cashier said “oh that’s my bad, I should have asked”. I specifically did not ask for cheese. So then she gives me her manager who says oh if your son can’t have cheese, you should have told us!” I then said I didn’t ask for cheese why are you arguing with me. He says because I want you to know they automatically come with cheese and you need to tell us otherwise. Then hung up the phone on me! I called back and asked for the managers first name and they said sorry we can’t give you that but we can take your name and number. I’m sorry, you can’t give me your first name or the first name of your manager? The lady cashier said sorry I have people here I’ll have to put you on hold! They claimed to be remaking the sub but did nothing to offer apologies but rather continued to blame me! Absolutely the worst experience and you lost a long time customer!!! I will never buy from this absolutely ridiculous place again! Horrible people

I 've past this place several times being right around the corner from the house. Being lunch time I figured let me give it a try. All the pictures of the sandwiches looked tasty. So I decide on the Italian. I noticed all the meats were firehouse brand. A cheaper brand of meat in my opinion . They asked me if I wanted the bread toasted. I declined. It was doughy tasteless. The lettuce wasn 't fresh the tomatoes were hard not ripe! I ordered it to go so I didn 't see it until I got home. It came with a warm pickle that was wilted . Then the wanted me to round out the change for the foundation which I said yes but not sure if the so called foundation will ever see it. This place can 't touch Jersey Mike 's or McCalister 's . Even Subways better than this place that 's saying a lot.

Food was disgusting! My mac and cheese was cold. Nope don't do it
