Dunkin' - Myrtle Beach

This Dunkin location is my go-to spot in the area. The service is always excellent, and I want to thank Geoffrey for the delicious chai latte! I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

This restaurant exemplifies poor management, and Dunkin' as a company needs to reassess the entire staff at this location, including management. They need to undergo retraining on the correct procedures for running a business. The manager, Dawn, is a complete disaster – lazy, disrespectful, and an overall negative representation of the company. She ruined my experience at this store, as they are frequently out of items and struggle to retain good employees. The staff does not appear to be well-trained. It's disappointing, as this location has potential to thrive with new management in place.

They never get an order right here! Even after repeating it twice! They actually gave me a burned, toasted bagel, even after I repeated not toasted twice. I just don't understand. I won't go back here anymore Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Bagels

I recently had breakfast at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. I rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying their donuts.
