Crumbl Cookies Myrtle Beach

My daughter introduced me to this place and now I'm hooked! I'm thankful that we don't have anything like it in our hometown. Every week they come out with new cookies (typically 5 new varieties while keeping their classic chocolate chip) and they are huge and worth every cent! They also offer smaller cookies that I believe are for catering options, but I'm not entirely sure. When you order, the cookies are served warm or chilled depending on your preference. An added bonus is that they are very accommodating to nut allergies - on weeks when they don't have nut-containing cookies, all of their products are nut-free. One week they had a Heath bar cookie and a peanut butter chocolate cookie that were amazing. The staff takes extra precautions to ensure safety by using separate stations for each type of cookie, using clean spatulas, and packaging the cookies in unopened boxes. Thank you, Crumb! Just like the name suggests, these cookies truly crumble in the best way possible.

The customer service at this restaurant was fantastic! The cookies were incredibly delicious, and I love that they have different flavors available each week. This is a clever marketing strategy to keep customers coming back. It was my first time visiting this place, and I was extremely satisfied with the Oreo, cinnamon maple, marshmallow, and of course, the classic chocolate chip cookie. Keep up the great work!

Heather, the owner, and her team are incredible! I had a terrible day today, including all of my cookies spilling in the car after I stopped for another car mistake on the way home. By the way, I ordered a party box and cookies flew everywhere. I called Crumbl and explained the situation to a worker and Heather, and they were both very professional. Heather was so generous in handling the situation and gave my fiancé and me another box of what we ordered. This was our first time eating at Crumbl, and we will definitely be back. Excellent customer service and delicious cookies!

Stopped here on the whim after my sister had saw some videos of their cookies online.The place is extremely modern with essentially a self-order system. There isn't a lot to choose from or what they do have rotates weekly and is top notch.The cookies are large and soft and retain that softness for some time.Definitely worth a try and so are the ice creams but less so.

What a funny place! they have a large selection of cookies to choose (as well as ice creams.) we have tried three different flavors, and they were all very good. we bought a 4-pack that came to control about $16 including. so they are a bit expensive, but they are very large, high-quality cookies so that they are worth the splurge!
