Mgr, who prepared our food, went very fast and did not provide good customer service experience. Ignored our preferences by giving us less than enough food. Cashier was very nice View all feedback.
What فاطمه قهرمان doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I went to a chipotle for the first time about a year ago. It quickly became my favorite, but in the last 6 months the quality of food seemed to go downhill in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The worst chipotle I've ever had, order my first and last time from this place. The part was nothing, the steak was so chewing that you can't even eat it and she forgot salad in both bowls
AVOID THIS LOCATION. Continues to be one of the most poorly run restaurants in Myrtle Beach. Dirty and consistently out of ingredients compounded by frustratingly poor customer service. I have filed multiple complaints internally with little to no effect which is a direct reflection on their leadership. I work very close and visit every few months hoping that they?ve cleaned up this dumpster fire of an operation, but they find new and creative ways to disappoint and frustrate their customers each time. I have no doubt they are experiencing supply chain and staffing issues like every other restaurant, but this level of failure is astounding and simply not happening at other locations. Do yourself a favor and go support a struggling local restaurant that is desperate to provide you with a great experience.

For the first time, Chipotle and the employees were more enthusiastic about conducting a personal conversation than helping customers. The place was dirty. After we got our food, there was no clean table. We sat down to eat and watched 5 employees speak for 15 minutes and never once wipe a table or sweep the floor. It was rough. I'm sorry, but as an entrepreneur I wanted to say so badly that they do something different than socialize. Not sure I would do Chipotle again. The food was okay if you like to eat in a dirty camp.
He ordered a chicken dish today. The rice was almost gone and the little one left was obviously too long. I put this on the server. She assured me it was fresh. It wasn't. You could crack a tooth on it. At the time of the order, after standing in line for about ten minutes, I was informed that they only accept accurate change and credit cards. If I had known before I was in the snake, I would have gone somewhere else. I don't like putting the charges on my cards. When I came to checkout, she was nowhere in sight. After a few minutes, she finally arrived. I never go to the Chipotle at Surfside because this is the norm for this place. I was surprised to find it here. They used to be much better.
