What User doesn't like about Bonefish Grill:
I ordered dinner from Bonefish through Uber Eats on my last night of vacation. I ordered the Lily?s Chicken, which was very flavorful and filling. My husband ordered the Bonefish signature pasta and was very displeased with the taste. We?ve orderedfrom Bonefish several times before, and he said this was the worst meal he?s ever eaten from the restaurant. The food was alsonot packaged well, and there was oil and pasta... Douglas was our server and he was friendly. first impressions are the key and he gave a good one. the toilets were clean and the food was good. I had it.
The sides were delicious! and the Tuna app was great. sad were the most important courses (lily’s huh and mahi mahi were very dry and overcooked) to be fair, we have.
My family and I just had the worst experience getting a table at bonefish. the place was only partly occupied with many tables in the bar area.
Silverware was dirty. The Knallbang shrimps were by far the worst I ever had. The presentation of the Broccoli was terrible with brown caps. The crab cakes were not good at all. My friend ordered chickens and pommes. The Pommes were very salty. The salad was terrible. Brown salad and didn't look fresh. This is definitely not like those who are at home in VA.
Our server Karen was very good and superior to the menu. We went back today only because the great service and autumn lived up to these expectations! She was friendly and punctual. She even drew us pictures on our Togo boxes.
