The lady on the phone was unprofessional. We called earlier to check if they delivered to our area, and they confirmed that they did. After deciding what we wanted, we called back to place our order, but I had to repeat my address about five times. Terrible. eating is worse, but tonight it was not even edible. Save your money!
Good chicken and broccoli and chicken roasted rice; best dumplings I had in Dutchess district. Price is average.
I've been here for years. It is nice that it is a 3-minute drive from my house, but if I compare this place with other Chinese food remnants here Chang Ying is the best. I don't dare to go on the menu, but the food is good and consistent for the 100 plus times I have eaten there. The owner is funny and a nice guy. Look at this!
It is hit or miss every time in a while I will order something and it does not meet my expectations, but the whole food is usually great.
