The atmosphere was calm and dining was enjoyable, but the restaurant was a bit chilly. However, the lemon melts for dessert were absolutely spectacular—definitely a 10/10!
Although it was fantastic to see vegan options on the menu, the selection was rather limited. The portion sizes were good, but the soup had a lot of grit in it. The service was what you would expect, and it was friendly enough.
We found that the atmosphere was very quiet and something was missing. eating was good, but without option for hot drinks after dinner was missing what we were looking for.
The hotel and restaurant were beautiful and quiet during our stay. The food was delicious and nicely presented. It offered great value for money, and the portion sizes were just right. We will definitely be returning for more meals here.
The website's description of the food led me to expect a restaurant-level menu. Instead, it turned out to be more of a pub offering, with decent food and wine. It was fine for what we were looking for, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a special occasion.
