The place is cozy and beautiful, inviting to have a good time. The kitchen is unbeatable, without a doubt the best of all. We ordered beef entrail to the point with a sauce of shallots, snails and baked brie cheese. Absolutely everything done with care and dedication. Without a doubt the best, some croquettes that were off the menu served with applesauce. It was an explosion of flavors. And to finish, a HOMEMADE culand, with pistachio ice cream and cream... incredible. We paired everything with a very delicious French wine. Everything was so good that we only took a photo of the wine, the rest flew by! The best culinary experience of the days we spent in Bonalba. 10/10
