Here is all true if you want to have tiroler kitchen and flair.In the very nice tiroler stubs, about the noble (no china cheapware) dirndl of the service ladies up to the feeding and drink selection, everything fits into the concept here.Hoven gastronomy up to detail.The kitchen has been repeatedly trained with hoods excellent wine card also excellent.Servise very courtesy!!! The house enjoys in a wide circle an excellent reputation.....and that too right!Who away from ski chalets and apres ski genuine Tyrolean hospitality, kitchen us ambiente has to have been here once.
Who loves local delicacies and the fine Tyrolean cuisine is right here in the restaurant wilder mann. the menu is versatile and the sevice attentive and friendly.who dispenses with a dessert, the ambiente in the old stubs also spreads a lot of cozyness. I like to eat here again and again.Also in the juli I was here expecting culinary creative delicacies in the restaurant.Also during the placement on the terrace in the wild man, I was clear here it was easy to stay. immediately I was given a smile brot, quark and fresh radishes. During the study of the menu, much to me the creativity of the chef. the decision that duroc pork fillet on vanille risotto with sweet heels will be my main dish tonight.especially delicate and very aromatic was the filet, light pink, on which with biss gegarten risotto was the pork fillet served with wonderful light vanilla aroma. the risotto with the subtle sweet of the fervent, a very fine creative creation from the chef. it is a really delicate and for me in this combination a convincing, uniquely good dish.at the following evening I then ate a filet from the domestic brain calf, which is also delicate and juicy, again slightly pink on the teller beautifully placed, was served.The brot is always fresh and red, this time there were still marinated olives.here in the wild man I will always be with new ones. in the morning I get a fresh, aroma-intensive fruit salad. many different cheese sorts, sausages and jams, beautifully dressed. the dining room in a Tyrolean wood ambiente, bright, friendly and light-flooded, so I can enjoy the morning excellent.The breakfast buffet, rich, fresh and homemade delicacies, leaves no wish open to me. to finish, I still enjoy a piece of delicious stir cake. fantastic, so the day can begin.especially pleasant is the always friendly service and woman regina schatz, that contributes to well-being and makes the stay in the hotel and restaurant a relaxed stay.Today I could eat again in the wild man to dinner, the beautiful old stube mediated for me a pleasant homely, familiar and relaxed feeling. a small tasty pot tempts me to taste, with broth and some salt I immerse myself in the small delicacies that the restaurant has to offer.the family shades and the service underlines this beautiful gastric atmosphere. today I decide for a noble ragout from the local wild. the wild cream soße was wild-aromatic good and the semmelknödel airy light. the berries as always fresh and wild aromatic. This time I'm still enjoying a dessert, here too is the dessert card a tempting lektüre, I decide for a farm torte, delicious.... every evening is a pleasure for me, and the next stay is already booked.
I liked to visit and often the "wild man".Yesterday I decided to "resolved backhendl", I was shocked when I discovered a hair when cutting up the hendls.
I love this place for their traditional Tirol food, with a touch of extra class and creativity. The personnel is very nice, the service is great. They have a great selection of Austrian wines. My favorite dish is an appetizer, called Tafelspitz. Is made of beef but they have other variations also. When I come here I remember my other favorite restaurant in Paris, Chez George that serves traditional French country food.
