Although all of our company's dishes had been pre-ordered days in advance, the last main courses arrived a good hour after the first main courses. Impossible, bossy behavior when paying: if an error occurs somewhere in the organization, in taking the order or in serving, when pre-ordering dishes for a larger group, then you are not allowed to single out a single guest and force them to have one more dish to pay.
