I suspect that the owner did not rinse them with fresh water before boiling them, causing them to be overly salty. However, it was good that the crabs were fresh and meaty. The owner seemed to be distracted, constantly sitting and playing with her phone, forgetting about her customers and the crabs that were left boiling. They should improve their service a bit. My first visit was not very impressive.
