The setting create... read more I had a wonderful experience at the wine tasting. Our host, Michael, who is one of the winemakers and quite renowned, made the event special. The setting created a lovely atmosphere for the tastings, with options to enjoy our selections either at the bar or at a table. As a fan of red wine, I was thrilled with all the offerings, and I ended up purchasing several bottles.

He was incredibly welcoming and demonstrated an impressive knowledge of not just the Hunter Valley wines, but also those from Australia and beyond. The quality of the wines we tasted was outstanding. Additionally, the cheese, deli, and chocolate shop upstairs is definitely worth a visit for its delicious products available for tasting and purchase. Right next door is Baumé Restaurant, where I also wrote a 5-star review. It offers great value and excellent service.

Supe... read more Another great meal at Baumé and again we over-ordered. Excellent prawn linguine, arancini and calamari, but the highlight was the garlic prawns with toast. Super creamy, garlicky and delicious! Service was really good, polite and friendly. We'll definitely be back again.
