Food was above par for fast food, did have to pull over to wait on order. I gave it a 4 on Atmosphere because of location, not the easiest to get in and out of. Would recommendParking: A little difficult to get out of, only option is to turn right unless you go back through the parking lot behind the store. Don't let that defer you from stopping. Zaxby’s is one of the worst places I’ve ever eaten at. I ordered the six piece buffalo wing bone in with fries and toast. The wings felt like I was biting into a carcass. They were old, dry and horrible., The buffalo sauce looked fake and was not hot at all. Chicken strips are a guilty pleasure of mine... I love me a good chicken strip! I'm not sure why I've never tried Zaxby's prior to now, but I'm glad I did. I went through the drive-thru, which was prompt and polite and dare I say comparable to the service at another very well known chicken establishment. I can't speak for inside the restaurant, but I didn't wait long for my food. The chicken and fries were both too hot to eat straight away and that seems to not be the norm anymore! I was pleased by this. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to stop by again when in the area!!

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru today for an order that I put in online. Completely unacceptable.
