Was Briana McClain at Ihop a mag?
We had decided to stop visiting IHOP due to consistently mediocre service and long wait times for our food. However, today completely changed our perspective. Our waitress, Aryel, was delightful and attentive, providing the best service we've experienced in months. The coffee was excellent, and the food was fantastic. Upon entering, we noticed a sign that instructed us to "wait to be seated." Although several employees saw us, no one came over to greet us. After five minutes of waiting, I had to signal for someone to assist us. Eventually, someone finally arrived, but the lack of customer service was disappointing. View all feedback.
