I recently had a bad experience here. Made a reservation for my husband’s birthday and once we got there they said that the reservation was made for 7pm which it was, but I called same day I made the reservation minutes after and changed it to 8pm. They just apologized that a miscommunication must have happened but did nothing to try to make it up for me. If they really thought reservation was at 7pm why they did not call me? It was a really uncomfortable moment since I invited family and friends to joined us. Even a family member that live abroad was here that day and had to experience this situation.
