What Karyn Bevet doesn't like about Baskin Robbins:
My family and I LOVE ice cream and there are a couple of flavours from Badkin-Robbins that rate among our favourites, so we have been regulars at the shop for years. Lately though, the ice cream is always soft (semi-melted) and the cones are stale and break before we can finish our ice cream. Such a disappointment. It will be a long while before we take the risk and go back to this location. View all feedback.

The store was busy and the staff didn't seem well organized. I'm pretty sure there was freezer burn on my ice cream. Kawartha dairy is better and offers a much larger scoop than Baskin Robins for the same price.
Worst customer service. Expected when a teenager is working and refuses to change a scoop of an ice cream for a child.
Baskin Robbins is never a let down unless if your server is ignorant or being stingy. Stouffville location gave me and my family great portion size and dealt with the kids indecisiveness perfectly! 2 words though. Peanut butter chocolate!
Amazing service and they make it so easy to order birthday cakes over the phone and make sure that you are happy with what you get! Their cakes taste and look absolutely great!
