Was in Muskogee, Ok on 27th Feb went to Red Lobster for dinner was so glad we chose Red Lobster I ordered the endless lobster meal my husband ordered the ultimate feast both of our meals was great taste so good. May I add what added to our great meal was a great waitress, Valerie G she was exceptionally friendly, accommodating kept our drinks refilled checked on us often. Thank U Valerie we appreciated you. What Rick Trenk doesn't like about Red Lobster:
Carry out: way under cooked scalps, over cooked lobster, shriveled up antique potato, (no kidding) missing ALL my shrimp ALL of them. Wait I'm not done yet. The garlic butter crab legs came as just steamed, butter on the side. Wow. I only spent $96.00 ? maybe if I ate inside I would have recieved better food. I used to love that place. View all feedback.
A wonderful Valentine's Day date for my husband and I. I think our waitress. Amanda, was terrific in every way. She was very busy but she still kept all of her customers happy with her attitude and staying on top not our needs. It was great and we will be back...Thank You.
Quiet, clean, great, attentive service from Jordan. I was there for lobster fest but since it was Tuesday, I got the special, a pound of snow crab legs for $20. I started with the calamari, perfectly cooked... AND they have $10 bottomless chowder, salad, and cheddar bay biscuits.
Delicious Atlantic Salmon. Always love their bread. Had to try the cheesecake. Omg had to take it home. That serving would satisfy 3 people it was cut so large. Service was attentive and kind. Excellent. Is one of my favorite restaurants in Muskogee.
20240221T1945 this review is as a door Dasher interfacing with the employees. I have never eaten at this Red lobster. I just had a very negative interaction with the employees at this Red lobster and I thought I would document it here. I arrived to pick up a food order for a customer. One off the clock employee and two on the clock employees asked me what the customer 's name was. My previous interactions with the same employees normally resulted in the young man going to the back to check on the food and let me know how long it was going to take. That did not happen this time. When I saw him again I asked if somebody was going to check on the order and he asked me for the name again. I told him that I had already told the name to three employees including him himself. And then I asked How many times do I have to say it . I guess that was upsetting and they decided to get the manager involved. Somebody at the host stand asked for my name and I gave it to them because I had done nothing wrong. The manager comes out with the food sometime later and starts telling me that she doesn 't appreciate me disrespecting her employees, cussing at her employees, etc. I did not cuss at anybody but she kept on insisting I had disrespected her employees. I explained exactly what happened but she wasn 't hearing anything I was saying. I reported my interaction to Uber to ensure it was documented. I 'm sure the food is great and normally my interaction with the employees is excellent. Just not this time.
Ample atmosphere. Quiet for lunch. Great customer service. The lady waitress was very nice and polite.Food was good. Big portion for me.
