The online ordering system is a complete failure. I placed my order at 9:00 a.m. and arrived at the store by 9:35 to pick it up, but they couldn’t even locate my order. It seems they were too busy to pass it along to the kitchen. If you're going to have an online ordering system, you need to know how to manage it properly and efficiently. I understand that this place is busy, but if you can't meet the demand, then you really shouldn't be offering this service. From now on, I'll be getting breakfast for the office from somewhere else.

They were busy, but we were seated quickly and given a lot of attention. The food came out fast and was plentiful and delicious.
