What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
This restaurant has serious issues with staffing or management. Half the time, the drive-thru lanes are closed, leaving only one lane open. The line moves very slowly, and customers end up waiting on the road because there is not enough space in the line. Even when the lanes are open, customers still experience long waits. Sonics manager was rude and quite much said that it was our fault that they gave us the wrong food, the order had our name on it. After we have given ourselves the wrong food, then it went on to take it back into the window, sonic put the right eating all poured and crushed in the bag and was so disrespectful. we had a way to many drinks in our car of them also gave us the wrong drinks and had to pour them out on the parking lot because there was no place to put the drinks. will not be back to this place.
I've had issues with getting my order right the last three times I've visited. And the line is out into the street, with no drive-in spots open. I understand that lots of places are short staffed, but it should be easy to get an app order correct because all you have to do is read it.
Not a bad place.. need to pay a little more interest into drive throw orders but overall a decent restaurant

The sonic on Florence Blvd has TERRIBLE customer service. Wouldn't recommend waisting ur time going there to eat.
