normally the wait super long order is never right, but today was amazing that this new general manager is amazing friendly and was on his game, I have never seen the running thru so fast I eat in, but was watching that he had done inside and outside on a big spread all, while a smile on his face so good choice of a general manager we will come back to every case more often View all feedback.

wing today, no air conditioning to eat hot, then went to the toilet room and it was disgusting the smell of urine would knock it down as soon as they open the door. I wouldn't think about it here. View all feedback.
I decided to go to Krystal today and feel something else. To my surprise, the place was very clean and all right. The Krystal crew was very polite and polite in top form!!
A taste I acquired young and I don't get to have them as often as I would like. Had a fresh box and as always, they were great with or without cheese.
The staff at this restaurant is large, so there is usually not a long wait at the Florence, AL location on Florence Blvd. They always cook fresh food to order. It's a great place to visit! Good job, everyone!
I'm not sure what their secret is, but whatever they are doing, they need to keep it up. We absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. The wings were amazing, everything was served hot and fresh, and the staff at the window were incredibly friendly. Their hospitality made our food taste even better. Please continue to keep up the great work!
The typical wait time at this restaurant is usually very long and my orders are often incorrect. However, today was an amazing experience because of the new general manager who was incredibly friendly and efficient. The drive-thru was surprisingly fast, and I noticed that he was also managing the inside of the restaurant very well. He had a great attitude and the food was delicious. It was clear that he is a great choice for general manager. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant more often.
