Domino's Pizza - Muscle Shoals

The service is horrible and I've tried to give them several attempts to get better and it's just not happening.

Stopped in the late evening and feared that it could not be the biggest because of the time. how was I wrong? tonight the best pizza and service I received from dominos! the whole food was hot and fresh and accurate! thanks youngs keep the good work!

Went through drive thru had to wait almost 25 mins from there. No sauce with our bread knots by the time I got home I had grease from the knots all over my car seat (nice stain by the way) get home and the two pizzas I ordered were greasy and my Italian sausage was just in the middle of the pizza, topping and sauce and cheese went no where near where it is supposed to on pizza I had more area of crust than anything else. My dessert cinnamon thingies were hardly seasoned at all..but anyways by the time we got to the window the fella working it through something on the counter said a few choice words about the car in front of us and walked away leaving us to sit for about 5 mins til someone else come to the window . All in all the 2 liter of Dr. Pepper was good ?. It had been almost 4 years since my last domino experience was hoping this one would have went better...so not the case

It's sad when you spend alot of money and your food is terrible. I've lived in a few states and have ordered from Domino's before and had no complaints, until I ordered from this location. Burnt crust, ingredients not distributed properly, Italian sandwich went in the garbage. Cheesy bread sticks were OK, 5 bottles of soda weren't cold. Will not order from here again, do not recommend. Very Very disappointed.
