The food wasn't exactly fresh and the service wasn't exactly good. We ate at around 6:30pm and the tea carafes we're already down for the day, which made getting refills difficult and I was also given sweet tea instead of regular tea. View all feedback.

The food was great, the staff were friendly and the place was clean.
Always fast friendly service. The chicken has a great taste. Go on.
Bacon cookies are amazing. Tea is wonderful. Friends are pretty good. I think the chicken is running the show. Always come back.
Love Bojangles!! Even snagged a mock recipe for very similar biscuits offline! Every place of business needs customer service training like the Muscle Shoals Bojangles must have in place!! None of these people know me, but everytime I drive thru it's almost like coming home to my own family!
