Skinnys Barbeque - Muscatine

I’m rating this place a full five stars! Without a doubt, they offer the best food in the area. Everything I've tasted has been incredible. The BBQ brisket is mouthwatering, and the pulled pork nachos were an unexpected delight—definitely the best nachos I've ever eaten! I take my mom out to dinner here once a month, and we always look forward to our meals at Skinny's. They truly have the best food in town, along with excellent service. You’ve got to try Skinny’s!

It was so good that I had to return for two consecutive weeks! During my first visit, I had the B.I.G. burrito, and on my second visit, I tried the brisket grilled cheese. Both dishes were amazing! While it is a bit on the pricey side, it's definitely worth it after tasting the food. By far, it’s the best BBQ I've had in eastern Iowa. Plus, there’s a lovely view of the river from the outdoor seating.

We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the staff inquired if we had any questions. We tried the brisket burnt ends and armadillo eggs, which I highly recommend. The honey mustard sauce was fantastic! We also ordered four different sides. I wasn't a fan of the buffalo cauliflower, as we don't like Tabasco; it seemed like it might have been dry rubbed instead. However, the mac and cheese, beans, and Brussels sprouts were all excellent. We will definitely return for the chicken and ribs!

One of best places to have smoke BBQ .It was our first time over there and we absolutely loved the place and the food , staff were very kind and professional. We got the family pack and it worth every penny. I suggest this place to everyone who visitMuscatine.

Do yourself a favor. Go here on a Wednesday, get the Reuben. Absolutely excellent. The ribs, pulled pork, and brisket are decent, especially for the price. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Not sure if one of them owns this place, but ifnot, give these folks a raise because they do an excellent job.
