Ordered thattu Idly, pesar... read more I had a great dinner at ID, vadapalani. The last outing here, few months back, was a bummer but they have retained their best selves. Ordered thattu Idly, pesarattu and appam. The thattu Idly was amazing. The price tag is justified given the amount of sides they serve. Pesarattu and appam were good too. Only wish the appam was made in the traditional sense with a thick center part. The thengaa paal was as good as a dessert. The service has improved as well since the last visit. Hope they maintain this level. ID is certainly one of the top places for pucca South Indian tiffin in chennai.

Tried a very simple dish which you might have had at you place too but it swept me off my feet... idiyappam with coconut milk... still drooling recalling the old memories
