Athreya Bakery - Muscat

This Bakery situated in Madipakkam just a few yards from Durga Bhavan. Bought Biscuits for evening Snacks and Japan Cake.<br/ <br/ Wheat Biscuit was so soft and tasted good and another variety biscuit was crunchy. <br/ <br/ They have so many varieties of cakes and Biscuits. Yay! Chocolate doughnuts!! But they have a stupid policy that we must get a free fly with whatever we buy.. If you're lucky you'll even get two.. So hygiene seems to be a big problem here. Everything else seems to be tasty..

I am a big fan of their fresh made hot and crunchy burgers which are priced reasonably. The pizzas were small with rubbery cheese on top. I haven't tried their biscuits yet, but they do make quality food judging by the look, sales and my experience. The place is small but well maintained. It's one of the better bakeries in the area with a wide menu but they should include more by taking cues from some popular Adyar bakeries in the city.
