I'd give them a zero. I waited 40 minutes for my order. It took them 15 before they even acknowledged my presence at the counter and another 25 before I got my food. Mind you, this was an online order that had been placed 20 minutes before I arrive. The managers are garbage too. It was the best meal we have ever had! The total cost was over $50, which seemed expensive at the time.
I had never used the drive-thru at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen before, but on a cold and rainy evening after work, I decided to pick up some Popeyes chicken for my family. When I arrived, I was surprised to see a line of about eight cars ahead of me, so I prepared myself to be patient. I placed an order for 10 pieces of chicken at the speaker and mentioned I had a coupon with a discount code. To my surprise, the cashier accepted the discount without any issues. I was pleasantly surprised again when the discounted price was honored at the cash register. I was also happy to receive a voucher for a future visit to enjoy more of Popeyes' delicious chicken. Their hot apple pie is also a favorite of mine!
This is one of the best Popeyes locations I have ever visited. I had stopped eating at Popeyes altogether because the one near my house was so terrible. However, this particular restaurant made me reconsider. The food was delicious and fresh. Rojelio took my order and was very helpful when there was a mistake with my mobile app order. He quickly fixed the issue and was very friendly and helpful. As I enjoyed my meal, I noticed that the staff was happy and worked together like a well-oiled machine. It was a refreshing change from my previous experiences. I truly hope this place doesn't change. I give it a perfect 10/10 rating!
Always large chicken sandwich and red beans rice. also tried the new Mac-n-cheese and it was?. they always offer serviettes and ask if there are other flavors needed. good service, good food.
Everyone at this location was super polite AND friendly. shout out to the young man who took our order, Rojelio, he went above and beyond. Bless his heart. Great service . I don't even like Popeyes but I'll be back for something .
