After trying every pho place in the valley, I can confidently say that Pho Tho is the best! The broth is unmatched! I eat here about twice a week, even during the summer.
We dined outside due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but I have to say the food and service were excellent.
First introduced to Vietnamese cuisine many years ago from a friend, coworker, and boss. The Pho noodle soup is my absolute favorite and this place really brought the authentic taste of quality Vietnamese noodles. Brought back good memories and a great meal with excellent presentation and preparation. If you haven't tried it your missing out.
