Pho Dao - Murrieta

I really enjoy this restaurant. The pho is delicious, and I always receive great service. I have heard some amusing stories about the owner from various people. I appreciate the authenticity and personal touch that the owner adds to the dining experience. Overall, a fantastic place to eat.

Awful experience at this restaurant. We tried to order a dish without rice, but the server insisted that we had to take it because "it comes with the meal." He even made inappropriate comments to my wife before we decided to leave. Definitely not coming back, especially when there is a new Thai restaurant nearby with excellent service and better food. The server should not be working with customers.

First, I don't leave any reviews in the rule. I will not miss this opportunity to warn others. Don't come here, I repeat. don't waste your time or your money! I do not give them a star because of the food, but because of the bad service; we were not treated with respect, would or as a paying consumer. at first my partner looked at the reviews, but still decided to try this place. the Consens said the customer service was terrible. first attack lasted long until our order was accepted or before we were even offered water. second, after eating (pho seafood pho huh) arrived, the server brought only one plate (veggies) to share. I tried to explain, we need another facility (bäckchen.) he said: “No, you only have 1 plate; it comes with the bohnensprossen and 4 Jalapeños!” after eating I asked for To-go boxes. it was difficult to get the question fulfilled, as the guy told us no, we could only have a box for the runners, and they had no containers for the suppe. there were two caucasian women in the restaurant, and they laughed because he didn't want to give us any extra box, and he made a scene. I understand that we had suppe. but I only ate the noodles and the broth and I wanted to take the toppings (meat) home for my dog. So, I didn't ask kenny for an extra box anymore and asked the woman. she came out and said, “Why? No, what do they need? We have a lack. we can not only issue containers unless you eat is paid to go.” I think this is confusing, should I leave my rest? Finally my partner explained that two people were here, and we needed separate containers. the dame finally stopped fighting with us and giving another box. kenny was still upset and was on probation. he continues to float over us and said he would watch us. I was concerned about how we were treated in this facility. we paid almost $50 for suppe in murrieta to be treated like this. I still can't believe it! I am sure it will be better quality and a good environment in the whole environment. also the bathroom was dirty and had a smell. Finally, some toppings were left on a table cut, there sat collecting air germs! I wonder if they passed an inspection. the lection of the day: don't let their partner choose the restaurant because they don't read reviews thoroughly.

Omg it was so good that I had no chance to introduce a photo. fantastic service genuine authentic Vietnamese food . owners are fantastic would recommend to anyone who is normally busy but will get table for them fast and if they want to go.

I wanted to say that I like this place by the way they make their flavorful beef broth. By looking at few of reviews it's very bias over my own experience. Tall kid was very helpful during a rush until seeing whole truth of short stubby lady with cricket cap yelling nonstop made most of us lost our appetite and decided on take out. Maybe it's best on ordering take out than facing a Crypt Keeper
