Little Caesars Pizza - Murrieta

Our visit was terrible, first we ordered in the app and it said it would be ready at 18:15 and went to the store to get our order and checked inside to no incident. Check the app again and it said our order was cooked at 6:08 and it would be 40 minutes more. Absolutely disgusting service and the counter help that appeared as a manager was so busy behind the counter we stood there for 10 minutes before even was recognized and there were other customers waiting for help. I am very disappointed and our veggie pizza was not even thoroughly cooked. I really hope this place can bring its act together. I am very comprehensible to return to this place. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

I had a really bad experience at this pizza place and took about 2 hours plus to get my food for my kids. Bought it online. They still didn't have my food ready. It was a very long line. Most of the time they don't answer the phone to place orders .?

The last time I went there ?no crazy bread dough?. This time, crazy bread took 20 plus minutes and the pizzas were/are pretty terrible. I mean, elementary school 1982 pizza was better. The Wings (no sauce) were alright given the ranch at home. The newly hired employee seemed caring and helpful (he is the reason they get one star). The other reason is that they are open till 2300 when all the rest close at 2000/2100.

Yesterday I had to wait for my order a little over an hour. I showed up to pick up my order 15 minutes after the estimated time for the pick up and wasn?t ready yet. The manager told me that I have to wait 5 minutes. I was even overlooked, ignored by the personnel like I didn?t exist every time I was asking about my order. This place is a ?BIG JOKE? regarding customer service, not to mention the cleanliness, mold everywhere on the roof. That?s right, yesterday I had the time to look around and I was scared of what I?ve seen. It should be closed down to preserve other people?s sanity and health. I would never step my foot ever again into that place. I had the chance to hear other peoples?s stories, too, all complaining about the waiting time.
