The restaurant is located in a highly visible, popular area which is why I frequent it. However, they need to improve on the speed of service. During my last two visits, they have made mistakes with my orders. When I called to inform them, they did not respond or follow up. Additionally, they did not provide any compensation for the errors. It says on the door they opened at 6 AM they did not open till 7 Ami ordered I ordered a scrambled egg breakfast and a scrambled egg burrito and coffee the coffee was cold I asked the girl if they had hot coffee she said no that I would be 20 minutes because both of their coffe dispensers were full so they are serving cold coffe and are ok with this! Bad management
Did our order and we were dining in and it was a small order two Hamburgers and two drinks. Got the drinks right away but the Hamburgers were in a different category. I watched the stuff get put in the out going shelf but there was no one to ask. The one person behind the counter was busy loading up the deep fat fryers with big brown bag of stuff. I could see the cats in the drive up window were moving and about 10 minutes the person doing the drive up gave us the two burgers. We had a appointment down the street and I did not have the time to find the manager.

I’m not sure if they’re understaffed but if that’s the case they need to update their hours. Got here at 10:30 pm and was told they were closed, waited in drive through for over 10 minutes because of how slow they are. A complete waste of time. I should honestly be compensated for this ridiculousness.
