Domino's Pizza - Murrieta

I always had a good experience with this place. the staff is not exactly super energetic and welcoming, but they welcome me immediately and get my order correctly 99% of the time. But I never delivered my pizza. frankly, I never had really good experiences from any pizza facility that delivers so I always make sure they pick up. it makes me wonder how many complaints are due to delivery orders. it is always hit or miss, no matter how good or efficient this is. it is only the nature of pizza delivery, variable travel times that are unpredictable for a driver, and a kind of food that gets cold fast. so they don't order pizza for delivery and expect a stellar experience because it's difficult to do it right, unless it's a slow night.

2 times in a row I got sausage in my pizza, the 2 time I asked for no Saugus and said it very clearly but it still was on there

I neglect to see why a dominos is rated so badly. The pizza is cheap, freshly made, and better than any other in the price range. If you want higher quality pizza people… go somewhere else and pay more? Your complaining about something that others see as a necessity: cheap food.

The app is good. Unfortunately when you click to deliver the same thing as before the address can change if you’ve had multiple addresses on there before. I called to find out it was delivered to my old house. Drove all the way down there to find out it wasn’t there and the driver took it back. When I called the store the woman was rude and told me that I’d have to pay another 30 bucks to get another pizza. Since it was a non delivery I am supposed to get a refund in 2-3 business days yet the money can come off my account instantly. On my second order- I paid for 3 ranch cups and only received two. I will not be ordering there anymore. Rude customer service and poor communication.
