the federal hotel was lovely. clean rooms, easy navigable facilities and friendly staff. eating was also reasonable and satisfactory. remarkably, my friend got the wrong order, but the employee was responsible for it and expressed this very favorably and did not change my impression of this experience. be it lunch, dinner or to socialize with friends and family, the feather is a rather stimulating place to visit. What User doesn't like about Federal:
had lunch with friends on the weekend. was not the best or the worst! service was ok, I had the hunch with garlic puwns on kartoffelmash w/vege it was very salty and no limit between sweet and maic. the court was too sloppy and salty. husband had scotch fillet steak, steak was perfect and tenderly cooked, but the mushroom sauce drowned steak and even the sweet. the next time the soße will be in a bein! avoid the pump... We were on a getaway with my Husband and decided to have lunch here yesterday the food I must say was very delicious and great portions but not happy with their customer service as we weren't even acknowledged or greeted when we walked which was rather rude in my opinion and I even saw a cook handling food with his hands without any sort of gloves on which I found very inappropriate. But Im happy that we enjoyed our meal at least.
Service and food not as good usual. Took USA visitors for dinner and was disappointed.
The Pub is amazing. They serve delicious meals quickly, and the best steak I’ve had in Swan Hill. The atmosphere is great, with smoking allowed in the gaming area. Plus, the Schooners are only $6.80. What more could you ask for?
The restaurant provides excellent food and service. It is especially appreciated that they have heaters in the outdoor seating area for colder days. However, it would be beneficial to install a door stopper to prevent the door from slamming shut. Additionally, it would be great if they could offer lactose-free options for hot drinks, as some customers may not be able to enjoy a drink after their meal.
A very modern pub, the hospitality of the country, had a great feed of garlic prawns, watching live music, while smashing through a few Schooners. This place has everything to go, get the arsenic down there and check it out. Cheers Boretsch
