We had a wedding lunch for 100 of our family and friends the day after Thanksgiving and was so impressed with them that I had to write a review and tell you how fabulous they were! The two employees for Rockwell did a great job setting up, making it how we wanted it, and working hard to keep things filled and clean during the event. Everything looked great, tasted delicious, was hot and ready on time, and reasonably priced for such a fantastic meal.We used them in 2021 for our oldest son's wedding reception and had the same experience. We will definitely use them again for our next event!

Can I just say that the garlic mashed potatoes were TO DIE FOR. When people went back for seconds at the buffet they were gone. As two people who love food, we were very impressed. Thank you so much for making our day lovely.

We used Rockwell to cater our sons wedding luncheon for 100 people. Ethan was fantastic to work with leading up the event and Misty and Anthony who did the catering were phenomenal. The food was fabulous and the the service was amazing. The price was also very good for the quality of food and service. Do not use anyone else for your event. Rockwell is a sure thing!

I cannot begin to express the sheer disappointment and frustration my partner and I experienced while working with Ethan. What was supposed to be a joyous and unforgettable occasion turned into an absolute nightmare, thanks to his complete lack of professionalism, disorganization, and his utter failure to listen and comprehend even the most basic of instructions.From the very start, it was evident that Ethan wasn't interested in understanding our vision or preferences for the wedding menu. Despite several meetings where we detailed specifics, it became painfully clear that our concerns were falling on deaf ears. Not a single detail seemed to have been noted down, as the final meeting we had to discuss details came as a complete surprise to him down to just about every detail. It was as though he had completely disregarded our input and decided to figure it out as we go. Instead of ensuring he had everything he needed in order to execute properly.Communication was an absolute nightmare. Countless emails and phone calls went unanswered or received vague, half-hearted responses. It was almost impossible to get any clear information from Ethan. We felt like we were chasing after him for every little piece of information, which is the last thing any couple wants to be doing just days before their wedding.Five days before the wedding, the final straw came when we were faced with an astonishing display of their disorganization. It was clear that Ethan had not only failed to understand our requirements but had also not made any effort to organize himself for the event that was just around the corner.At that point, we were left with no choice but to make the painful decision to cancel Rockwell from our wedding plans. Mostly because we did not want to receive awful service during our day (given how Ethan had spoken to us in prior days) and because Ethan was not willing to work with us on any solutions. It was an incredibly stressful process that added unnecessary anxiety to an already nerve-wracking time. We were left scrambling to find a replacement caterer in a matter of days, and the financial implications of this last-minute change were substantial.Our wedding was meant to be a celebration of love and unity, but thanks to Ethan, it turned into a fiasco filled with frustration and disappointment. Ethan's unprofessionalism, lack of attention to detail, and disregard for our wishes were simply unacceptable. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone, and I strongly advise anyone considering working with Ethan to proceed with caution. A once-in-a-lifetime event deserves far better than what they have to offer.Lastly, I'll say that I do expect a very rude and dishonest reply from Ethan himself (in order for him to cover his tracks) as that is the only thing I have gotten from him during this entire process. Given his other recent reviews and replies, I suggest you run far away from this place.

I'm saddened at the 1 star reviews Rockwell Catering has received. It comes from clueless people who lack empathy and the understanding that the behind the scenes of Event Planning and Catering can be *very stressful* and sometimes you have to improvise and make last minute, unplanned decisions so impact to the customer is minimal and their event can still move forward and if done right, guests are never aware.Rockwell Catering is my go-to caterer for *all* my events both professional and personal. Their food is delicious, their staff are friendly and their price point is more affordable than other Luxury caterers in the state.As far as the owner and Chef Ethan is concerned, I've never met a more driven, yet equally laid back human! My first event with Rockwell was a corporate event for 400 people. Ethan and I did a site visit together prior to the event and the event went off (mostly) without any issues. On the feedback I did provide to Ethan, he was GRATEFUL and genuinely thanked me for the feedback. I've since hired Rockwell several times as well as recommended them to countless others and the feedback is the always same, because Rockwell's Service is always the same, 5 Stars.
