Lynnhurst Family Resort - Murray

Perfect for our family meeting of 25 people aged 7 weeks to 74 years! Beautiful surroundings and friendly, helpful owners and employees! Loved the windows overlooking the lake; the proximity of the playground, the pool and the marina; the availability of Ponton rental; and the fireplace next to the family retreat units. Also loved the large dining tables with a lot of seating. My only suggestion is queen beds instead of double rooms (yes, I'm a little pampered?

My husband and I took a pontoon for the day and had an amazing time. The lake was huge and we could see many wildlife on the shores of our boat. Nick was very helpful and we feel much about our rent given. We will share this place with our family and friends.

I didn't do it with the RESORT. I rented a pontoon boat and it was really in bad shape. It was attacked with ants. There were no lights if any kind, no horn or a gas gauge. The wires were raised and not look safe. It had a slider, but no water pump to wet the slider. It was very expensive to rent. We could have saved over $100.00 by going somewhere else, but it was reserved by phone. The first people I spoke with were kind, but the last person I spoke with was careless and rude with me. I would not recommend this place for pontoon rentals. The photos show the most important topics I mentioned above.

Came down to see daughter and friends in college. Rented one of the motel rooms and a slip on the water. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The food at the restaurant was excellent. While we went ahead and rented again for another weekend and will definitely be back in the future. Covers friends and family!!

Great place, secluded and staff goes above and beyond for you. Now I don't like swimming in lakes so my review doesn't include the lake swimming. Pool was clean and nice, they have a little restaurant with great food. My one biggest complaint is the rooms, they are dirty, odly put together and it feels like your staying in a room filled with garage sale items. We had mice in out room, now I understand that mice are just a part of living that close to nature and what not however there are things that can be done to prevent this. I would go back and probably am going to go back however every time I go back I'm hoping the rooms just get nicer.
