Dunkin' - Murray
Dunkin'
Description
An enduring local Dunkin' in Kentucky blends dependable favorites and community spirit with occasional service snags. Regulars praise excellent coffee, breakfast sandwiches, bagel bites and friendly teams who support local relief efforts, plus pleasant outdoor seating and a quiet lobby when drive-thru crowds thin. However, guests note inconsistent drink quality and filling, slow service during peak times, kiosk hiccups (no receipts/announcements), parking and drive-thru congestion, and isolated reports of poor staff training. Overall, a charming spot with room for operational tweaks.

As part of my holiday in Kentucky, great service, great city. I got something that wasn't accepted with a purchase for free. I'm in love with Kentucky. Great place to live, shop and visit.
There are a variety of options to choose from, including donuts, croissants, coffee, and lattes. The drive-thru is very convenient.
Excellent team and wonderful atmosphere. Our city lost power after the tornadoes affected our West KY community. Once the power was restored, this fantastic team worked diligently to support our local community by providing donuts for Mayfield. They did an outstanding job!
We’ve been visiting this place for many years, and we love the outdoor seating. I do miss the comfy chairs inside, but apart from that, the staff is fantastic! We finally had the chance to take our newest addition for his first trip to Dunkin'. The cup and coffee are empty in the photo, just in case someone gets a bit fussy!
Ordered a large iced latte and it was half empty when I came to pick it up. I was told it’s because the milk to espresso ratio would make it milky. Why sell a large option if it’s going to be half full. For $7 drink the entire cup should be full. I will now patron the smaller coffee shops from now on. Parking lot is also terrible for picking up orders when the drive through line is wrapped around the building.
