Dunkin' - Murray
Dunkin'
Description
An enduring local Dunkin' in Kentucky blends dependable favorites and community spirit with occasional service snags. Regulars praise excellent coffee, breakfast sandwiches, bagel bites and friendly teams who support local relief efforts, plus pleasant outdoor seating and a quiet lobby when drive-thru crowds thin. However, guests note inconsistent drink quality and filling, slow service during peak times, kiosk hiccups (no receipts/announcements), parking and drive-thru congestion, and isolated reports of poor staff training. Overall, a charming spot with room for operational tweaks.

This location is the standard for what a Dunkin should be. Very clean and friendly staff.
If you’re thinking of working here , don’t. The staff is extremely rude , and has a bully culture . They do not train at all . My first day manager didn’t introduce her self , just handed me an apron and said “you’re on food” trained me for an hour then left me alone . they would take drinks out of my hands and take ingredients from me . Very mean girl environment . Refused to give me my money until i turned in my hat . When i quit management told me i was “playing games” . Very unprofessional place , just incase anyone is thinking about working here , just go to Starbucks . They pay more and are way more friendly .
I don't know what happened to this Dunkin, because last summer every time I got coffee is was delicious and fresh. This summer, every time I went it was a little bitter and had an off aftertaste like the machines weren't being cleaned properly. It's just disappointing because I have had great coffee here in the past.
The glazed doughnut holes or munchkins definitely need more glaze. But other than that good experience and quick service.Parking: Parking spaces are tight.
Thank goodness they had a self-order station at this location. The service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was quite busy. Once I managed to place my order, I found that the self-service station wasn't printing receipts, so I had to remember my order number. However, they also didn't call out the numbers, so I had to keep an eye on what was being served. When I inquired about part of my order, I was informed that it had to be fulfilled by someone else. That was fine; I just waited and eventually received what I needed. The bagel bites were absolutely amazing! They were everything I hoped for and more. I also got some munchkins, which are always a safe bet. Lastly, I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich, and it was incredible! Overall, it wasn't a bad experience; it was exactly what you would expect from a big chain restaurant.
