This was in Georgia and they have. Or you have to place your order on a computer and then go pick it up. And it can only be a credit card. Placed an order online for several items, 2 were missing when the order was delivered (chicken tenders and chili mac). Placed another order to try to get those items again. When I received the order they STILL MISSED the chicken tenders, and they sent just a container of chili with fries as a side (also missing the cheese on the chili). This is not the first time I 've had issued with this particular location not sending items or messing up what they do send.
I’m so disappointed in this location. Not only do you NOT get what you pay for, because they throw anything in your bag instead of what you asked for. Worst business practices ever… they overcharge you for things you didn’t even order, and not even the manager knows what comes on the food. They added a whole lemonade and cheese sauces to my order when I asked to upsize my drink which added $1.50 instead of .39 cents. Then the manager didn’t want to give me the receipt. They also gave me a regular burger when I paid for the BBQ burger, and undercooked fries that were cold and surprisingly gummy. I'll take this as a sign to stop eating SteakNShake. Check your receipts and your order before leaving the parking lot… this place is scamming unsuspecting customers.
This restaurant used to be great. It’s the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. People just don’t give a damn about quality anymore. Avoid this restaurant. What an absolute dump. .
The food is fine but I want it to be a diner not just another place to order food from robots.
