It took 30 minutes to make 2 drinks! I ordered in store but they were busy completing drive through orders instead of completing in the order received. I asked them about my order and they just totally ignored me. View all feedback.

Very disappointing drive thru service. The sourdough grilled cheese sandwich was delicious though.
Probably the worse Starbuck I’ve visited. No surprise reading the other reviews. The service is bad. No one called to tell us our drinks were ready, so I had to go check myself because it’s been awhile since I ordered.When I finally got my drink there was caramel spilling to the sides. Had to grab some napkins to wipe the side of the drinks and go wash my hands ? definitely don’t recommend coming here and I won’t be back.
This is twice that I come inside and get ignored. But what makes it worse is my order is always wrong when I come inside. Have the baristas take the front register because the people who have the headsets can clearly not hear anything. I wanted to try a new item in the menu. The oleato cafe latte and I was given a regular cafe latte. How annoying it was to go to my destination and have my order wrong. And I went around 10:30 so it wasn't rush hour or anything. All because I was ignored and the only person who helped me could not hear me with the headset on and rang me up for the wrong drink. Hey it together. Customers don't want to be paying $7 for a drink and not get what they want.
