This restaurant must have gotten new management in the last year or two. This used to be my go-to, but of the last 5 times I have come here the food has been awful. The carne asada has no flavor, and the enchiladas and cheese nachos were overcooked. View all feedback.
Food and drinks just aren't consistent. Always great service but it's evident the cooks vary in their pride of the finished product. Tequila shot was great. Green Tea, not so much.

I'm obsessed with Monterey Mexican Grill! It's hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and the aroma of fresh tortillas and spices. The atmosphere is vibrant and cozy, perfect for a night out with friends or a family dinner. The food? Absolutely incredible! I've tried almost everything on the menu, and each dish is more delicious than the last. The carne asada tacos are tender and flavorful, and the guacamole is creamy and fresh. And don't even get me started on the margaritas they're the best I've ever had! But what really sets Monterey Mexican Grill apart is the service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They always make sure you have everything you need and are happy to recommend their favorite dishes. Overall, I highly recommend Monterey Mexican Grill anyone looking for authentic, mouth watering Mexican cuisine. It's a gem that never disappoints! 5/5 stars
