Chick-fil-a - Feedback

What GREGORY likes about Chick-fil-a:
First time visiting this location, and it is what one expects from Chick-Fil-A, whoosh is quite different from most ovations I have encountered in this area. Warm, nice atmosphere from the staff, my order was taken quickly and my food was brought to the table quickly and was very hot. Had to wait in drive thru for over 20 minutes and I kept saying hello , the young girl answer back saying hold on, I sat there with no cars in the front of me nor behind me so why couldn’t you take my order sooner… I said hello a few more times she answer then says … go ahead with your order.
