I had went to this Burger King and it did NOT rule. I was shirt’s greeted with the general manager and at first I thought I was going to have a welcoming experience but once I was greeted with low energy and a smack of her teeth I knew it would not be. I chose to ignore that and proceeded to a simple order of a small drink and a HIC mix with sprite. There was no sprite just HIC I ignored the error AGAIN. Then I received my fry’s sorry I meant scrapping a of fry’s left. Then I proceeded to have to pay an additional 44 cents for TWO SAUCES and when I came to ask for a refill I was told I had to pay for another small drink! I’ve never had this problem at this location! Even after I informed the GENERAL MANAGER about the error in my drink she proceeded to gaslight me and tell me she made it correctly…how are you gonna gaslight my tastebuds? Overall this experience was very poor and corporate should reconsider who they find trustworthy of who’s in charge because the behavior I revived should have been from a teenager not a 50 year old women!

Place is trash. Nothing is fresh for a spot that wasn’t busy! Employees lazy. Food was cold! This place needs to be shut down!

Had cheeseburger combo meal. Diane and his crew have it going. Very professional and kind. Go grab a cheeseburger today.

Worst customer service. We were waiting to place order and the lady was just standing there. No hi no how are you no greeting of any kind. When I asked her questions about impossible whopper she said that I don’t know. Then when we order the combo she tried to upgrade the sides and drinks without even asking. We told her please just give us what comes in the combo. She smacked her lips and left. No thank you nothing . Worst experience and we wonder why burger kings are not surviving.
